Joyce Chan

Hello, I'm Joyce!

I am a registered Speech-Language Pathologist in Alberta.

I was born and raised in Calgary. I went to University in Edmonton, where I received my MSc. Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta.

I love being a Speech-Language Pathologist because I am passionate about helping children and adults feel confident — every person deserves to be heard.

I have experience working with a wide variety of populations from children to adults. I have worked in many different settings such as early childhood services, outpatient clinics and hospitals. In addition to English, I am fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Mandarin.

In addition to being a Speech-Language Pathologist, I also have an Associate Diploma (ARCT) in Speech Arts and Drama from the Royal Conservatory of Music. I love to embed knowledge from different facets of my education to deliver functional, yet engaging therapy activities for my clients.

Feel free to contact me at BrightVoicesYYC@gmail.com. I look forward to connecting with you!
